Making It Right:

We work with you to ensure that the product you order is as you envisioned it, and we communicate every step of the way. All spelling, color choices, material types,  and sizes are signed off by both you and our production team to ensure a correct production. If you find a problem with an order that is based on material, shipping and handling, or even something completely disastrous we will work to make it right; however no refunds will be given for items that match the approved artwork, including spelling mistakes: it is the approving customer’s responsibility to check the art for accuracy.

ON WHAT CONDITIONS ARE RETURNS ACCEPTED?

Embroidered items can be returned if the item or the embroidery is defective. In such cases, Cherie4art will replace the item at no cost if we are notified of the defect within 30 days of in either workmanship or function, either inherent to manufacture or due to damage in shipping/delivery. Returns must be made with the item in the same condition in which it has been received.  Returns will not be accepted when abuse has occurred to the garment deliberately, through negligence, or wear & tear.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

Obtaining an RMA will require an email to digitize@cherie4art.com and picture of the defect.

Credits, Exchanges and Refunds:

If it something that can be repaired we will arrange shipping back to us at our expense, correct the issue and return ASAP. Shipping costs in both directions are the responsibility of the customer for hard goods unless otherwise noted or agreed to in writing or electronic dispatch. Refunds are based on a case by case basis, as most problems are correctable; however if you are completely unsatisfied, store credit will be offered when the item is returned, a refund may be authorized if no solution can be found to match the original order.

Embroidery and apparel decoration by nature constitute a custom item: It is impossible for us to remove the decoration and utilize the shirt, hat or personalized item for another order. Therefore we do not take returns or exchanges on garments for sizing issues; please pick sizes accordingly.
